Once the deposit is made we will provide you with a cut sheet where you can look over and see what cuts of meat will best suit your families meals. We will be glad to go over the cut sheet with you as the processor will also talk with you finalizing your cut sheet. On processing day, we will transport your hog to a USDA processor, pick your meat up when it's finished, then will arrange delivery with your meat within 30 miles at no additional expense. The final balance will be determined whenever we receive the hanging weight from the processor. Payments can be arranged for whole hog orders.
